Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing medical support for pre-sales, in sales, and after-sales of projects;
2. Responsible for treatment follow-up, guiding and coordinating the smooth progress of treatment;
3. Responsible for answering and coordinating the resolution of clinical product issues raised by agents and hospital end-users;
4. Responsible for providing product training and promotion to hospitals and agents, and establishing a good corporate image;
5. Collect and provide feedback on clinical needs, assist in product registration design, development, and improvement;
6. Assist sales in the development, promotion, and clinical volume of key hospitals to increase product market share;
7. Understand the features, prices, user feedback, and other information of competing brand products to provide reference for sales and market support work;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Dedicated to work, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, good at communication and coordination skills;
3. Can adapt to short-term domestic and international business trips;
4. The international team needs to be proficient in English skills and able to perform listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
