Job Responsibilities:

1. Reasonably schedule production, allocate personnel, and follow up on materials according to the production plan;

2. Quality control, safety production, and supervision and implementation of 6S;

3. Workshop exception handling and follow-up;

4. Recruitment, follow-up, and training of new employees for vacant positions;

5. Follow up on test samples and molds;

6. Audit report;

7. Attend departmental and production related meetings;

8. Complete other tasks arranged by the leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical engineering, electrical automation related majors are preferred;

2. More than 2 years of experience as a factory production site supervisor;

3. Proficient in using ISO9001 and 6S for production site management work;

4. Affinity, strong execution ability, and strong practical skills in production process control.
