Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the injection molding production plan, achieve production goals;

2. Guide and manage production operations on the injection molding production line, adjust equipment, monitor production progress, and track product quality;

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the injection molding production line.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. More than 2 years of experience as a supervisor in an injection molding workshop;

3. Have certain injection molding machine adjustment skills;

4. Proficient in debugging injection molding processes, able to analyze and solve process and equipment failures in the production process;

5. Monitor product quality, analyze the causes of defective products and develop improvement measures, optimize injection molding processes to improve product qualification rates;

6. Organize and execute the equipment maintenance plan.
