Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate shipment plans with international business PMC、 Coordinate shipment arrangements with warehouses, etc;
2. Develop, evaluate, and assess suppliers such as freight forwarders or shipping companies based on the company's transportation needs;
3. Provide feedback and handle unexpected incidents encountered during transportation;
4. Continuously optimizing the shipping operation process, overall controlling transportation risks and costs;
5. Provide professional international transportation solutions for related transportation projects;
6. Assist customs affairs in coordinating with freight forwarders and ship owners during the export declaration process;
7. Responsible for the execution of logistics related contracts and information feedback;
8. Review the monthly export volume, sales revenue, and freight statistics report;
9. Risk screening and review of export letters of credit;
10. Overall arrangement of subordinates' work, performance evaluation, and personnel training;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Major in International Economics and Trade, with a solid theoretical foundation and a bachelor's degree or above;
2. English proficiency level 6 or above, with strong ability to use English;
3. More than 5 years of experience in export documentation and shipping operations, with priority given to working in multinational corporations;
4. Proficient in L/C terms and able to independently handle letter of credit affairs;
5. Having experience in manufacturing and shipping industry;
6. Strong data analysis skills, personnel management and training abilities;
7. Strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and the ability to handle difficult problems;
8. Strong sense of responsibility, responsible, adventurous, daring to break through, able to withstand pressure, and possessing team spirit.
