Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monitoring the quality of the production site in the corresponding workshop and handling quality abnormalities; Analyze major abnormal data in the workshop, propose improvement measures, and handle suspected adverse quality events, and report them to superiors in a timely manner;

2. Reasonably arrange the work of subordinates, supervise their work, propose improvement measures for implementation and record them, and conduct performance evaluations;

Follow up on the trial production of new materials and molds in the corresponding workshop; Provide on-site guidance and supervision for trial mold samples and engineering changes, summarize the results from relevant departments, and propose opinions and suggestions;

3. Provide professional knowledge training on relevant positions for IPQC in the corresponding workshop;

4. Approve the inspection report of the corresponding workshop; Whether the filling and review of various types of quality reports are true and correct, and timely tracking of retained samples;

5. Handle quality issues on the production site of the corresponding workshop; Handling and providing feedback on defective and abnormal incoming materials; Determine and evaluate the disposal of non-conforming products in production, track and report the human-machine material method environment that affects quality;

6. Check production scheduling in a timely manner every day, and promote and supervise according to customers' special requirements, important precautions, and urgent requests from superiors;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Priority is given to majors in biotechnology, medical laboratory, pharmacy, chemistry, etc., with a bachelor's degree or above;

2. More than 2 years of on-site management experience in medical device, biopharmaceutical, and polymer material factories;

3. Strong sense of responsibility, proficient in using OFFICE office software, with strong analytical and communication coordination skills;

4. Age: 25-35 years old, in good health.
