Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for market development and achieving sales targets in the countries under its jurisdiction;
2. Responsible for developing and maintaining sales channels, maintaining good customer relationships, including local distributors, agents, benchmark hospitals, etc;
3. Responsible for collecting market information and analyzing competitors, and formulating competitive strategies;
4. Assist in implementing the company's channel management policies and motivate channels to achieve performance goals;
5. Comply with the company's sales management system and keep confidential the company's trade secrets.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas study background preferred;
2. Fluent in Spanish listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a better grasp of English;
3. Having 2 years or more of sales experience, international sales experience in medical devices is preferred;
4. Excellent communication and organizational coordination skills, with good business negotiation skills;
5. Strong self motivation and sense of purpose, with strong resistance to pressure.
