Job Responsibilities:
1. Market development and customer management: Assist the sales manager in developing, maintaining, and increasing customer volume within the designated area;
2. Sales target achievement: Implement the company's sales strategy and achieve the allocated sales targets;
3. Product promotion: proficiently apply product knowledge to provide professional product introductions, training, etc. to agents, clinical doctors, nurses, and other personnel;
4. Market information collection: Cooperate to complete market research on company products, collect market dynamics, peer information, and customer feedback and suggestions, and report to superiors in a timely manner;
5. After sales support: Regular follow-up visits, follow up on the clinical use of company products, collaborate in handling after-sales issues, and report to superiors in a timely manner;
6. Adhere to the enterprise management system and keep confidential the business secrets of the enterprise.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited;
2. More than one year of sales experience, with priority given to those with experience in medical device and drug sales;
3. Passionate about sales work and adaptable to frequent regional business trips;
4. Strong market sensitivity and analytical skills, good at communication and coordination.
